make note to someone blog's post in real time

Do you sometimes feel during reading someone else blog, that you need to react on one preticular sentence or couple words and you cant. There is no way to do it. You need to make one little note sign by you, but there is no light app to do it. My idea is make reader where you can make notes on someone else thoughts. It's not comment - comments are not light, and they are long and most important - they dont enable you to react in real time!
