Creating platform for on-line, real time, place and person excursions. There are people who would like to visit museums, companies, governmental officies but who are not able to go there physically. On the other hand this offices are public services supposed to be accesible for all. Web can provide virtual videconference space for matching and linking Skype person to person on-line visits. Organizations can be be linked to this web-place-platform and use it for Skype on-line, video, real time, virtual excursions, consultacy, visits for their customers and clients.
